The most your policy will pay in a 12 month policy period for bodily injury and property damage claims that you become legally obligated to pay due to your business and professional services.

Alaska Beauty License Guidelines
To offer beauty services in Alaska, you must obtain a license from the Alaska Board of Barbers and Hairdressers. Be sure to check for the most up-to-date guidelines when you’re applying for a license. These are the main steps to become licensed:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have completed high school or the equivalent.
- For hairdressing: complete 1,650 hours of training at a state-approved cosmetology school.
- For esthetics: complete 350 hours of training at a state-approved esthetician school.
- Submit an application within 30 days prior to your scheduled exams.
- Pay the required fees.
- Contact your school to have your official transcripts sent directly to the board.
- Pass the NIC (National-Interstate Council of State Boards of Cosmetology) written and practical exams.
If your application is complete and correct, and all the supporting documents have been received, your license will be issued. With a hairdressing license, you’re able to offer cosmetic hair services, manicures, and limited esthetics, which includes makeup application.
