Pleasant Grove, UT (January 18, 2019)—Beauty & Bodywork Insurance (BBI) will attend the International Salon and Spa Expo (ISSE) in Long Beach, January 26-28, 2019, to provide informative educational material to beauty professionals on the benefits of general and professional liability insurance.
ISSE is presented by the Professional Beauty Association (PBA)—recently partnered with Beauty & Bodywork Insurance—to provide its members with comprehensive and economical professional liability insurance.
The three-day-long event will host upwards of 40 thousand beauty professionals and is home to the 30th annual North American Hairstyling Awards (NAHA).
“We’re thrilled to work with PBA and to have the opportunity to be a part of ISSE and NAHA,” BBI’s marketing manager, Lyndsey Larsen, said. “This event is important to us because of the level of professionalism and value the association brings to our customers, individual beauty professionals and the industry as a whole.”
During the event, BBI representatives will be seated at the PBA hub.
“We’ll be seated at the hub and available to answer insurance-related questions about general liability and product liability,” Larsen said. “We’ll be giving away $250 gift cards each day of the event. We’ll also be ready to help beauty professionals get insured on the spot.”

“The people who work in the beauty industry are licensed professionals who face genuine liability risks every day on the job,” Larsen said. “Our goal is to provide education on how to mitigate potential exposures and risks they face.
